Sheridan Insulated from Natural Disasters

Recent catastrophic rainfall events in the Denver/Boulder area highlight the need for climate evaluation for the siting of technology business. Sandy, Katrina, and the Tornado’s in Oklahoma are giving rise to a new set of location criteria that is on par with electricity costs, temperature, and fiber. Sheridan, via FEMA information is located in an area that is absent of tornado’s,  limited rainfall/snow impact, and minimal earthquake impact. We are sheltered, geologically, by the Bighorn Mountain Range which acts both as a seismic buffer and deflector of the Yellowstone caldera.
