Military Transition

FORWARD SHERIDAN's Workforce Recruitment Task Force is currently in the beginning stages of developing programs for Sheridan area employers to be able to recruit candidates from military bases transitioning into the civilian workforce.  Once developed, this will be a reliable, long-term pipeline for candidates with a high degree of technical training and safety consciousness that will translate into highly transferable, needed skills. Generally military personnel have highly developed character traits including reliability, integrity, and sound work ethic and will make valuable employees in our labor market.
